Timber River Water and Sewer District (renamed) serves multiple suburban bedroom communities near Seattle.
Howard Communications Group designed a refresh option for the district’s dated letter-sized semi-annual newsletter.
A professional layout, supporting images, and a defined polished brand were missing, so a refresh to the newsletter was clearly past due.
The newsletter shifted to providing essential information, intentional graphics, contemporary images, and links to access the district’s website for more information.
Integrating white space and content-rich graphics allows the reader’s eye to “breathe” and offers more concise and compelling messaging.
Understanding this new purpose, summaries can serve as an introduction to a deeper discussion on the district’s website. Integrating printed and digital pieces for readers of all channel preferences.
For Before and After Views, please see this feature in the Public Agencies sector.
